These terms and conditions are written to protect you as a consumer and to protect us as a supplier. Any sale or exchange of money for the purchase of a service or product relating to the Bass Clef speaker system will be subject to these terms and conditions.
A sound demonstration will allow you to assess the sound quality of the Bass Clef speaker unit in a setting of your choice. Sound demonstrations usually last between 15-30 minutes. We understand that everyone's time commitments can change, but we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment otherwise we may charge an appointment re-arrangement fee, or offer no refund for cancellation.
Free sound demonstrations are currently only available only within the M25 area and at our discretion. If you book a free sound demonstration with us, you must ensure you (1) give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule, and (2) be available at the location and on the date/time you specify. Failing to comply with these conditions will revoke any rescheduling unless a sound demonstration fee is paid.
A sound demonstration organised outside the M25 area will be charged for at a rate dependent on the location. We'll send you an invoice once you have confirmed an address, time and date. Once you have paid for a sound demonstration, you will not be entitled to a refund or to reschedule without further fees if (1) you give us less than 48 hours notice of cancellation and, (2) we are unable to access the address you specified, or you are unavailable. We may, at our discretion, reschedule another appointment with you.
If you decide to purchase the Bass Clef unit after a sound demonstration, we'll deduct any payments you have made for a sound demonstration from the final product price.
For security, purchases are made through an invoice link that we'll send you by email. We accept credit/debit card payments, bank transfer and payment by cheque. Payments will be made to Design Innov8 Limited, registered in England & Wales no. 6731563.
Should you wish to cancel your order soon after you have placed it, please get in touch with us straight away. As each speaker unit is made to order, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £500 (inc. VAT) if you change your mind after you've placed an order. This will be deducted from any payment refunded.
We aim to deliver products within 10 working days of a payment being made. If payments are made by cheque, this will be 10 working days after the payment has cleared. A delivery date, time and location will be agreed with you after you place your order. The cost of delivery is included in our product pricing. Delivery will be by either one of our representatives or through an organised courier, at our discretion. You may be charged a re-delivery fee if (1) you fail to collect your order on the agreed date and time and at the agreed location or, (2) you give us less than 72 hours (3 days) notice of any delivery detail changes. Failure to make payment of a re-delivery fee may result in the cancellation of your order and a refund of payment made minus a cancellation fee of £500 (inc. VAT).
Because each system is made to order, regrettably we cannot accept any returns, and there is no trial period. We offer a sound demonstration service to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with the product before making your purchase. All our products are sold with a standard 12-month warranty. If the product is faulty or develops a fault during the warranty period, we will either repair it for you or offer you a replacement at our discretion. Accidental damage or misuse is not covered by our warranty.
